Traditional ...with a view to the future.
That's how we at AC see ourselves as distinct in the rehabilitation industry. While the industry has changed significantly in the past 10 years, AC has managed to not only keep up with the large national companies in the diversity of our services offered, but to also maintain the personal, value-conscious philosopy which started our private practice in 1972. Certainly our practice has grown from a few entrepreneurial therapists to one of the largest rehabilitation agencies in PA. But regardless of our growth, we're committed to a " one-on-one with the owners " philosophy in dealing with clients. That's just who we are. How do we maintain that focus?

Our service area is Pennsylvania and its contiguous states. Not the east coast, not the entire country. Just a few select states where we can be experts in state regulations, and where we can realistically provide personalized service to our clients. |

We will remain a private entity, enabling us to prioritize our focus on patient care, not the success of shareholders. |

The company will be owned by therapists--not accountants, brokers, or consultants. |

We will provide a supportive, yet challenging work environment for our therapists, which encourages them--despite a competitive and rapidly changing market--to become long term employees. Our average turnover is less than 10%, not 30-40%. |

The ability to successfully combine an outpatient practice with an entire nursing facility division. That's what makes AC rise above the private practices who aren't able to address the needs of the entire spectrum of the rehabilitation community. |
