ACPT is also committed to providing their therapists with educational opportunities to include courses coordinated and funded by ACPT, clinical components at monthly inservices, and quarterly inservices for coding and clinical skill updates. Two owners of the company are adjunct faculty members for Chatham University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program; and many of the Allegheny Chesapeake therapists serve as lab assistants, clinical instructors, and guest lecturers for local universities.
