Financial Policy

As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify your insurance benefits and coverage. However, it is ultimately the patient’s Responsibility to be aware of their benefits and coverage.

We bill your insurance carrier for your services.

If your insurance policy designates that you have a co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible, we are required to collect it from you.

The ultimate payment responsibility is yours – you will be billed for any balance not paid by your insurance.
