Personal trainers are health/fitness professionals who, using an individualized approach, assess, motivate, educate and train clients regarding their health and fitness needs. They design safe and effective exercise programs and provide the guidance to help clients achieve their personal health/fitness goals.

A personal trainer is sought for various reasons—weight loss promotion, muscle gain, and a healthy lifestyle.

The trainer's job is to assess your fitness level, set up a program customized for you, educate you on safe and proper exercise techniques, and keep you motivated.

Your Personal Trainer will push you past your comfort level—something difficult to do on your own.

A trainer will sit down with you to discuss your fitness goals and make recommendations on a course of action to help you meet these goals. The trainer will also do an initial fitness assessment, including girth measurements and body fat analysis.
